"I was so excited to start the search for my first house. Then I met with my first Realtor (not Rochelle), and after one afternoon looking at houses, I felt like I was on my own. I didn't know what to expect but I couldn't help but feel completely alone, and I decided that if this was what searching for a house was like, I wasn't going to enjoy it.

    Then a friend introduced me to Rochelle. She called me and spoke with me for an hour, just getting to know me, asking good questions, and listening to what I was looking for in a house. I nearly cried following that phone call, because I finally felt like this was what buying my first home should be like. She made me excited to buy a house again, and I loved looking at houses with her. I felt like we were a team; she would send me listings, and I would send her listings, and we would go to see any that piqued my interest. As a lifetime apartment renter, I didn;t know the first thing about what to look for in a potential first home, and Rochelle was amazing to walk through every house with me and point out the good, the bad, and the ugly with each one. And when none of those houses were "the one", we kept looking. I feel like Rochelle went out of her way to help me find the perfect house, and when I walked into my current home, I just knew- this is it.

    Rochelle was also very good to respond to every single first-time homebuyer question I had, and there were so many questions! The help she gave me didn't stop when I bought the house, either. I had a painting disaster the day of closing, and my first thought was to call her for advice. She was so patient with me, helping me figure out next steps and making me feel like I really could do this. When I apologized for bothering her, she said: "I'm here for you. You're stuck with me kid." And I couldn't be happier about that. I feel like I have found a Realtor for life, and I will definitely call on Rochelle again when the time comes to buy or sell the next house." ~ Baranda H. ~
